This beautiful villa of 300 square metres overlooks the mountains with a distant view of the Tyrrhenian sea.

For winter, there is full gas central heating to all rooms, plus a fire in the lounge area which can also heat the radiators and hot water, instead of the central heating. There are also solar panels for hot water. The boiler room is located outside to comply with safety regulations.
There is emergency lighting throughout the villa, satellite dish and many extras.
