PURCHASE ASSISTANCE
Buying a house in Italy can be a lengthy process, but our English speaking staff will help you minimize the hassle. Our aim is assisting the clients in every step of the buying process.

Organize the views. We can take care of all the logistics, including finding an accommodation and organizing transport from/to the airport.
Property survey. Every property will be subject to a detailed survey, including structural survey, on request - at a charge.
Purchase assistance. We follow our clients in every step of the process, from drawing up and signing the "Compromesso", liaise with the Notaio in preparing the final Contract, signature of the Contract.
Mortgage assistance. Any document that may be needed will be provided, as well as any document translation.
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
Should you wish to renovate your property, we are proud to offer a very professional service. Our sister company, L&G Construction, includes architectural and M&E services. Design. Every good design is based on the client's needs and desires, and the architect's capability to translate these in cost-effective, practical solutions. Our goal is the delivery of every project on time on budget.
M&E. Along with traditional services systems, you can choose environmentally friendly integrated systems, that allow you to save money on your utility bills.
Statutory permissions. We take care of all the paper-works, and submit the application for the "Concessione edilizia" (the equivalent of Planning Application and Building Regulation Application).
Project management and cost control. Every fortnight you will have an update on the on-site progress. All the expenditures will be previously approved by the client at early stage, and constantly monitored.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CONTRACT
Once you have finalized the purchase and eventually the renovation project, you can have someone to look after your property and do the gardening, swimming-pool maintenance, building cleaning and heating before you arrive, paying the bills, etc.
