3. These details are issued on the strict understanding that all negotiations are conducted through L&G Properties.
4. The details given do not constitute, or constitute part of, an offer or contract.
5. All properties are offered subject to being unsold.
6. All prices quoted are correct at the time of going to press but are subject to change without notice.
7. No liability can be accepted for 'wasted' journeys before or during purchase.
8. The commission is 3% of the purchase price, with a minimum fee of 2,100 (if the price of the properties is EUR 70,000 or less). The commission will be paid at exchange of pre-contract agreement (Compromesso).
