Between the "toe" and the "heal" of the Italian peninsula lies a land once known for the wild landscape, populated by wolves, and the rural and secluded life-stile of his inhabitants. Today it is a place buzzing with opportunities, though partially undiscovered.
The bulk of our properties is located within the Valle del Noce area. This is a please with a beatiful landscape and sceneries. People is friendly and welcoming and the lifestyle is very relaxed, tipical Italian way. The nearby Maratea is one of the pearls of the Tyrrenium coast with beautiful beaches and picturesque "al-fresco" restaurants and cafes. The mountain offers various possibilities. The Monte Pollino National Park is perfect for walks and other activities, such as rafting and quad bike excursions (see www.parcopollino.it). The skiing resort of Monte Sirino is very popular with the enthusiastic local skiing community and every property is within a short drive from it.
